Glad y'all liked the casserole! I made it in the crockpot last night, minus the veggies and it turned out well. Oh man, those potatoes look so good. You're right… they take a while to cook, but are worth it! HAHA… we had tacos tonight, on a Tuesday. That pasta looks great! I think that's something we would like to try! ๐
