As someone else said below… drinking 12 oz of this every morning! ??? That makes no sense to me. Way too strong with all that clove. Do you make 12 oz and then drink a little bit each morning?

My family doctor told me in Sept.21, 2019 to start drinking hot to warm green tea in winter & in summer I could put ice or drink hot) and add stevia liquid only a little, fresh squeeze lemon and add Ceylon cinnamon (this kind is hard for me to find organically) To clean out my kitchen of all bread, sugar, flour and chips and anything (he gave me a list of foods I can not eat & foods I can eat) from Sept . to Dec.2019 I lost 45 lbs. I still continue to eat low carb and drink this drink. I was told to drink it with a straw to help the lemon stay away from my teeth. I sometimes drink this lemon drink all day long. I drink only this drink and only 8 bottles or more a day. I have no joint pain, if I can remember to drink at least 8 bottles or more of water a day. Hope this helps yall.

I’m going to start drinking green tea, but I truly dislike the taste of cinnamon and cloves. Anything else I could add to the green tea to boost it other than cinnamon and cloves? Or I can drink green tree, plain, unsweetened. The Japanese green tea from Costco tastes good to me as is.

Dear Dr Mandell, Surely Before You Endeavour To Post Your Motivational Video’s, Wouldn’t You At Least Try To Ensure That The Advice Your Giving Isn’t Harmful,
For Instance: Why In The Video Above Are You Advising People, To Take Green Tea First Thing In The Morning On An Empty Stomach? When it’s Actually Very harmful To Drink Green Tea On An Empty Stomach, As It Causes Increased Stomach Acid,
Which Is Very Bad For People With GERD Or Peptic Ulcers, It Also Causes Nausea & Constipation, it Stimulates The Adrenal Gland, Raising Adrenaline & Cortisol, Which In Turn, Raises Your Heart Rate & Blood Pressure, Which Can Lead To Adrenal Failure, It Negatively Affect Iron Absorption & It Causes, Blood Thinning.

I use green tea, apple cider vinegar, ginger, cinnamon l, real lemon juice and a 1/2 teaspoon of honey. That works too to help aid digestion, unbloat you, flatten that tummy and lose weight 👍🏻

Thank you Dr Mandell. I really enjoy your videos. Your ginger and lemon recipe has helped kill my sugar cravings for the past 6 weeks and it has been very easy to maintain. I will switch to this drink for now. I usually make 1-2L and drink it over 4-5 days, so its lasting and easy to maintain as a daily drink.
