Don’t let lil things trigger you. Microwaves are not the worst thing we do. They may not even be bad at all. We have too many other things to actually be concerned with. At 68 years old I was told meat was not good for me for years.

Microwave oven emits radiation. These foods will irradiate you from within giving rise to hormonal disorders etc. I had to ditch my microwave oven after I had low platelet count owing to it. You take care!

This is an age old recipe but I use powdered monkfruit sweetener instead of honey. I think the honey must be what made your version gelatinous and wet. When using the monkfruit, it truly comes out firm and cheesecake-like. Thanks for sharing your video tho😊

Can you try it just glycine?

Did you use Philadelphia cream cheese?

I am not eating carbs again until end of April.

I have never bought glycine. Do you think it would work?

Note: Something that I have learned for highly limiting my sugars and carbohydrates is that my body really makes it clear to me when I eat something that my body does not like or need or want… let us call it poop detection? I am still defining it, but it can be the vegetables that I added to my nutritional supplementation. Yup, I heard some lots of good things 'bout those certain greens, so went about to implement them maybe again. Let me put it this way… Argh!

New York style cheese cake (made like it suppose to be made) is one of my top 7-plus weaknesses. I will have to try this recipe. I will add the lemon zest for I am that kind of person… 😢

But I may end up being wrong and the lemon zest does not work here. I will find that out.

Unfortunately as a young boy i was brought up on microwave meals because my parents didnt really care i had such low energy and suffered mental health problems now as an adult full of energy on carnivore i think those problems came from the fact the microwave meals are already deficient in nutrients then the microwave zaps out the rest

Looks yummy. I've started using carob powder and syrup lately. Carob is a fruit, not a seed, unlike chocolate. I'm thinking I could skip the honey and drizzle a bit of the carob syrup over it or put some of the powder inside. Carob has a just a bit of natural sweetness.
