I really love your experiment videos. Unfortunately Egg yolk powder and Butter powder is not readily available here in the UK so would you consider doing some experimenting with other fat powders, such as buttermilk/MCT powders? And sharing any results or other ideas of course. I'm just waiting for my stand mixer now and can't wait to try this bread. Thank you so much for all your videos x

I used butter powder and it fell so I freaked and added 1 teaspoon of baking soda. It seemed to help. I also used real whites. Y'all bought up all the egg white powder. I only have the small can of it.

ABSOLUTELY love all your bread experiments!!!!!! I have not liked the original egg white bread because of the chokey texture and can't wait to try these!! Have you tried any bfast breads, such as cinnamon raisin swirl or banana walnut, etc? Thank you for going to all the time and expense of making these breads for all of us to benefit from💗

I just TODAY got powdered butter and tried making the bread with it. It turned out okay. Not as good as I hoped. I think I may need to add more in. Btw, I used liquid olive oil and it comes out good for me.

I love how much you experiment with this bread and share it with us. It's very unfortunate that these ingredients are so so so expensive, especially here in Canada. To purchase 1 lb of butter powder here is $50 and up, wow!!! So this i won't be trying. I have seen some use two egg yolks instead of the yolk powder mixing it in at the end and the bread turns out great. So i am wondering if you have ever tried just adding a little butter at the end and folding it in? I have purchased the expensive egg white powders and the egg yolk powder so i will use these for sure and i do have arrowroot powder so i will try that as well. Thank you sooooo much!!! 💖

Thank you so much, Indigo, for all your videos on this bread 🙂 I finally got a success from making this bread after you measured the water in ml, so thank you for that too. I made a loaf the other day and I have a suggestion for you to try out – oat fiber. Its not oat flower, but fiber and it has zero carbs in it. The texture was so much like regular bread, it was amazing, I added 1 1/2 tablespoons to the mixture, and next time I will try with just 1 tablespoon. You should really try it and see how the regular bread almost comes to life in this one 🙂 Oh, I should mention that the mixture deflated quite a bit after i mixed it in, but it rose in the oven and didnt fall after it was taken out.

I was thinking that there may be several other add-ins you could try. How about some grass fed beef gelatin, or powdered cream, or as you said the powdered coconut milk powder. You could also try dried cheddar cheese too. Maybe some whey protein powder.

I was just thinking about adding butter powder yesterday. Now I know 😉 then I was thinking what to do about the dampness the bread can have. I didn't catch your arrowroot addition until tonight. Glad I held off making another loaf. Thanks!

I don't know how to thank you for all the time and money you spend testing all of this for us! I do use your affiliate links when purchasing but I see other you tubers with a buy me a cup of coffee or such links – I think you should add one. Thank you so much! I perfected my sour dough bread for my non keto partner during the covid lock down but I was lost when it came to the egg white bread, I'm starting to get the science behind it watching your tests.

I heard too many egg whites were bad for your health? Is this true? I heard too many egg whites reduce the biotin in the body. Is this true. Would really like to make this bread. Thank you for your testing to bring about the perfect recipe. Much appreciated.
