   Nile, my ferritin runs 280-300. My other iron levels are great. I am clueless on how to get it down. Ive tried zinc. In your research do you remember any articles addressing this? Thanks. I had one dr said there’s a type of anemia in some with high ferritin. Being my other iron panel is in range it’s confusing thanks. 😊
