    I wonder if you could use a mortar and pestle on the beef brisket. Looks wonderful! Also I wonder if you could use lupine flour as a breading. I have not cooked with it yet but there are lots of people using it in tortillas, chaffles, flat breads. So it might be fryable. Thanks for all you do for us!

    so i was thinking about the deli sliced chicken or turkey or beef that is made into jerky then ground up to panko not sure how clean they are.. i do technolocally (i can't figure out how to spell and spell check can either) keto so that would be fine for me…

    I wonder if it's just a fat that the pork rinds add to your original recipe. I wonder if you could just use the gelatin and egg white powder and a fat blended up, like it would make tiny balls like when you cut butter into flour for pie crust.

    Absolutely agree about the pork rinds….I hate the smell! BUT …using as a breading has always been really really good! Using carnivore crisps would be way too expensive for me 🙄
