I am allergic to stevia, and so I do not stay away from sucralose. I get the dried pure sucralose with no maltodextrin, and I get the pure liquid from Sweetzfree out of Canada. I get severe digestive issues as in disaster pants and I am thinking it is the magnesium they have in it. I also have trouble with erythritol, so I can only have something made with swerve once in a while. I like using Allulose, but if you want crispy cookies or other items you can't use allulose. It is a challenge to find just the right stuff, but I too agree, they need to make a dairy free version.

I keep 4-5 pints of KC ice cream on the ready for a meal or to have 1/2 of it with my meal, depending on what else I am eating. I sometimes take a KC Shake with me to work since it is a complete meal. . So far, I like the Caramel Macchiato, Irish Cream and Egg Nog best. I just add 1-2 Tablespoons of HWC and 1-2 T butter. I plan to make the Lemon Meringue into a pudding or pie. I have the Apple Pie, but haven’t decided how I want to try that.

Nili… I think you have highlighted a ‘missed opportunity’ by Keto Chow because I too would not choose a sucralose sweetened product for any type of regular consumption but a stevia or allulose sweetened product 🥳🥳🥳

Love your panel of taste testers, I would definately trust there thumbs up! I use butter and refrigerate over night. They are very filling and do not cause me to crave to snack, My husband and I split the package but he drank his to fast and it made him sick for about 10 min.

I want to love it but I seem to have gastric distress with it and too sweet. I’ve tried blender ice cream….but the effects an hour later kind of rule it out for me. 😳☹️

I am with you on the change of ingredients like instead of milk some other protein powder and esp. the sucrolose known to give me bladder infections (UTI) maybe stevia or allulose. Sometimes other sweetners cause cravings. They are very good, but not something I can consume on a regular basis, I used the tomato basil and beef in my chili and it was delicious and my husband liked it as well.

Cutie-pants tasting panel! I will admit that I enjoy drinking a keto chow shake about once a week, my fat preference being a tablespoon or two of melted butter, and I add way more liquid than they recommend, because it’s just too thick for me. But, I highly recommend you try some of their beef soup base in your bread recipe! I think it’s dairy-free. Half a scoop has what I believe to be the same effect as the arrowroot starch does, gives a fantastic structure, and also gives a little bit of flavor to the bread. It’s my go-to add-in.

Super enjoyed watching your kiddos! I especially liked the orange shirt trolling 😉 you are right that the orange and lemon don't have a sour component; you can add trulemon after mixing and get that but I found that if I included citric acid in the mix, the lower pH causes the protein to denature and clump up 🥺. The heavy cream really mutes the flavor too, using melted butter or avocado oil for the fat source lets the flavor come through MUCH stronger, especially for the orange. There are 3 savory soup flavors that are dairy free and use no sweetener(beef soup base, spicy taco soup, tomato basil soup), plus some other options that have dairy but use monk fruit (natural strawberry), no sweetener (savory chicken soup), or are all the special vitamins and minerals that distinguish keto chow from a regular protein shake that you can mix with a protein of your choosing (base powder).

It's fun to see the different tastes on full display. We all like different stuff and that's awesome, especially with unfiltered kid reactions. Thanks for giving Keto Chow a try!

I use Keto Chow to cook with. There are lots of recipes on their website. I would also suggest going to their website and reading through their nutritional information. You may be surprised. I also appreciate their values and support them. Also you are not the 1st to not be excited about the vanilla flavor.

Your children are adorable! I ordered a whole slew of flavors of Keto Chow and truthfully they have been sitting for a couple of months untouched, I guess I had better start creating recipes with them!🥴🤣

I have been a keto chow user for over 2 years. Helped me lose 80# so far. I find that if you mix it using a blender ( I use a magic bullet) and refrigerating overnight is the best way to make them. Definite ice cream winner. I don't own a Ninja Creami but I can eat the ice cream as a meal everyday. I'm a type 2 diabetic and have been off of insulin and 4 tablets/day of Glipizide, My A1C is in normal limits now. Yes Keto Chow has sucralose but it is near the last of the ingredients not near the first. Great job to you and your children for the review.

That was awesome!!! I had a smile on my face the entire time. I agree about vanilla. I don't like it. I send my vanilla to my sister. She loves it.
The scoring was hilarious…is there something less than zero?😀

I recently got one of their sampler packs along with their electrolyte pills. They were kind enough to throw in a couple of extra flavors. I don't usually drink protein shakes but have mixed them up with nut milk and a small amount of butter and used them as coffee creamer. I'm looking for some recipes to make the fruity flavors into puddings.
