Between the time that I filmed this video and posted it @2krazyketos released a bacon jerky recipe video! https://youtu.be/kU_xmjVkpzg So if you needed a sign from God that you're supposed to make some bacon jerky, this is it! 😆 They used both an oven and a smoker method so if you don't have a dehydrator, check out their recipe! I'm going to be trying their sweet sriracha version for sure! 🤤🔥

I dried egg whites in my coloring. They did not work out well for your bread recipe. I couldn’t get that powdery consistency in my blender. That may have been the problem.

I got the ten tray when it was released by Corsori. Almost bought the smaller one and so glad I waited. I used it for so many things. I don't have a proofer, so I put a pan of water on the bottom rack and proof my bread in it. I've been making bacon jerky for years and we love it. Can't wait to see how many other things you come up with. Thanks for sharing.

If you want inexpensive mesh trays, all you have to do is buy a roll of window screen and cut it to size. I have an extra large 20 tray round dehydrator and that's what I did. Saved a ton of money and they work extremely well

Success with egg white powder will depend on how good your blender is at getting it super fine. Vitamix seems to do the trick or bullet style attachment on a Ninja blender. I freeze them at least 24 hours in my deep freeze before blending. Egg whites worked well. I was not able to get egg yolks powdered as fine as I would like, but I don't have store-bought egg yolk powder to compare it to. The egg whites come out silky smooth though
