I'm thinking I'll make a bigger batch of the taco seasoned beef and the burrito bowls for sure. I looked at the taco meat recipe and it says to drain the beef before seasoning. Do you do that?

I cook broccoli flowets for 0 minutes. This brings them just to pressure and then goes to warm. I release the pressure and they are perfect. No mush.
fun fact from a cheese maker!: all cheddar is "white" cheddar, until the addition of annato. back in the day, annato was added by cheese makers to fall and winter milk, to mimic the yellow color of the milk that cows produce in spring [which tastes better]. cheese makers kept adding more and more annato, until it turned orange – annato is also used on the outside of muenster cheese.
