    If you have low iron be careful to drink to must tea. I have to much iron in my blood so I drink tea to keep my iron levels down.
    And red meat is good for iron source. But for me I have to watch eating to much red meat.

    I made the sausage and peppers twice! Both times I put them on hoagie buns and we had them as sandwiches. I chose to put the sauce on the side to kind of dip the sandwich in, but we still ended up eating it with a fork. So yummy!!

    Perfect timing, I plan on creating some freezer meals and easy meals for my youngest bonus son and his family. Our daughter-in-law is expecting our newest granddaughter this August and having a few health hiccups.
