Have you been following Sarah Kleiner wellness (aka carnivore yogi)? I've been following her since I started carnivore 3 years ago and she's been very transparent about her struggles. I felt terrible on carnivore, but have recently found relief from chronic fatigue symptoms by utilising quantum health and circadian hygein. She offers courses that have helped me so much where NO DIET has even come close. I really do feel for you trying to figure out this health thing. Sometimes it feels like my head is about to explode!

Thanks for sharing your struggles, they DO help others. I'd like to know how you're getting on with the l.reuteri yoghurt? The first batch I made was wonderful, but subsequent batches have turned out fizzy and unpleasantly sour. Has anyone else had this issue? Could it be that my ferment became contaminated with yeast? Any advice greatly appreciated x

Since I've had such a bad reaction to the magic yogurt, I've been doing a lot of researching and have come to the conclusion that they don't KNOW enough to get me to mess up my microbiome more than it's already messed up . . . if it is, actually messed up. L. reuteri stimulate insulin which pushes the entire scenario over the line of reason when one considers the reports that 65% of people over 45 are insulin resistant. Makes zero sense to add a food that does that.

Check Dr. Cywes's recent video where he talks about how the medical community has changed from finding the cause to using epidemiology . . . it's worth a listen.

I know there are so many things that affect our insides, including water. Do you have a well on your property and if so is it analyzed regularly? I am thinking minerals as well as microbial things. Sometimes I wonder about the things I was exposed to in childhood that have required a lot of rework not just for myself but also my sister. Our bodies are designed to heal themselves when causes are removed and I am believing with you for complete restoration.

It really is stressful and crazy making–this SIBO stuff. I feel for you. Was just about to take a lactulose test with the Aire2, but now I don't know what to do. Same thing here around eating–any amount of veggies and tons of bloat. Lordy..

I was wondering if you had a scope before. I asked for a GI referral in early September as I'm having problems, but the next available appointment is the end of January. I've never had to wait this long for a referral, so I hope you have better luck where you're at if need be. 😊
