My Keto diet is fasting. I go into Keto without fail every 40 hour fast. That said, I also get out of Ketosis eventually when I start eating. š

What a good idea! While I don't eat very Keto, I do minimize my sugars. Even though I don't eat overly Keto, I could conceivably learn something valuable about food and diet that would benefit me. I still eat lots of things that most Keto folks would hold a cross to and say, "BACK!!" to. I could drive there or fly I guess. We'll see! Nice that you guys have snow! We're not quite that cold yet. About 75 here today. If I do go you'll know me by me wearing one of your great IP shirts that Autumn designed!
