Looks great, Dave! Mine's pretty similar… I start with 6 chopped slices of bacon with the onions to start. And like one of your other commenters, I also add a beer (maybe a little into the cook's mouth, too). And, because we're in America's Dairyland, I serve it with sour cream and cheddar cheese. On behalf of the world, thank you for finally releasing your recipe! 🙂

That looked really good and surprisingly like my chili with a couple of different ingredients. First of all you need way more onions especially since it's Vidalia season. I never thought of using tomato soup or the Heinz chili sauce, I might need to experiment and ease up on the tomato sauce and some of the seasonings. I also like to throw a tablespoon of sugar in at the end to counter the heat and it seems to give it that spicy sweet combo.
