I can't wear anything anymore except mens New Balance shoes. Used to be fine with wide women's shoes but my feet grew after 5 pregnancies.
I recommend Asics trail running shoes. Power walking and resistance exercises sounds perfect.
Loving those shoes! I do a LOT of indoor walking inside my house when weather doesn’t permit going outside (which I definitely prefer!) Getting a Fitbit last year to track my steps was a game changer for me, to keep me motivated and accountable.
