This is the FIRST video I've ever seen of your channel, and I'll say my Favorite moment was when you invited your niece to take some of her rolo treats to her dad's house? No Animosity moment! I'm sure she felt so Special taking something she'd made to share there. Praise! Praise! Praise! These little moments make all the difference to a kid's esteem and their confidence, belonging, and self-worth! (been there, done that) And the PB cookies? Hands-down, my youngest loves the kiss ones. Lol. Now she's older and makes them for friends and all occasions, there's a batch of dough in the fridge at this very moment. And we did grab 1/2 off rolos after xmas and a bag of pretzels, but could only find the little grid ones. You are so in-line with my thoughts and my life here on your channel. BUT, I have no sister to help, not many kiddos left here, and I do cook about 25% of your volume and speed nowadays. We just don't go through as much unless cooking for a party. Stay safe! So sorry about your loss this year, and hoping for a Wonderful 2022 for you and yours! XoXoX The Bishop's copycat I'm storing away to try and the pork roast soup? Is worth a try too! The dried chili tips are definitely going to be my long-term best help, and maybe if I see it, I can grab the butter-flavoring for the pantry too just in case. The veggie tray? I think would made a great house-warming gift to give this year.🙂 Lol. Thanks! The privacy thoughts? ditto. so wise.

I struggle with the kids helping too. I realize cooking is such an important life skill and I need to make the time to cook with them more often. I have that same stocking with the angel and my husband has the same one with the deer.

I panic a little inside every time I see someone using a hand mixer. When I was about 7 I was making a cake for my dad’s birthday. SOMEHOW (to this day I have no idea what happened) I got my fingers caught between the beaters. My dad had to pry them apart to get my fingers out and I had deep indents for a long time. It took years before I would use one again, and I’m STILL so very careful……40+ years later. 😬😑😭😆

Jen use sliced radishes on the pozole. It's what we do in San Antonio eating with family from Mexico. I don't eat meat anymore but vegan Pozole is so yummy too.
