All those meals looked absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to make the scalloped potatoes and ham ans the potato soup and some gyros!
2 parts mayo, 1 part ketchup and 1 part pickle relish make Thousand Island.
Love the cello! It makes the plated food look extra fancy–especially the potato soup! Maybe I'll make that next week and have Matthew play his trumpet… probably not the same?
McCains is actually from Florenceville,NB on the east coast of Canada. I live about 30 min from the original factory
We love taco salad! But mine is a bit different. I use Ranch dressing instead of Western [I've never seen Western] and I crumble the doritos and everyone adds them on top of their own plates, so that the leftovers don't get soggy in the salad.
In my town, in the north of Spain, we've had a Mc Cain factory for at least 20 years! Thank you for your videos. I really enjoy them.
Do you use the dressing straight on the taco salads or do you mix it with something? I LOVE Western dressing too 🙂
Love these kid friendly ideas!
Oh my miss maria the ones in the freezer section doesn't hold a candle to your Mama's homemade pizza things! Yummy 🤗
I love meals of the week!
This was great!! There are several of these recipes I will be trying out. I’m Lovin your choices!
I used to work at McCains in Clark, SD. It was a french fry factory. I loved it.
Everything looked great – esp the pizza pinwheels and the sausages. I never remember to buy the frozen peppers but I know those would be handy to keep in the freezer.
Is the director from Georgia? If so, is his name Brett Taylor?
We love those Gyro kits we always add a little sprinkle of feta cheese to the top!
Yum! Love your videos! Can I ask, where did you get those scalloped cream-colored dinner plates? They are so pretty and I need some new ones! 💕
Opa is what I used to hear the waiter says when he flambes saganaki (a melted cheese dish). I really enjoyed watching this meals of the week video.
I love these videos, lots of inspiration as well as the day in a life ones too! Thanks for sharing Jen ❤️
Can I say I just love your Peter? He really knows what he's doing.
Loving all your videos lately! Very relatable content for me 🙂 What a blessing to have and raise a family 🙂
We have a McCain restaurant by us
Maybe your family would like homemade tzatziki sauce better. There are lots of recipes for it. You can add a bit of sugar to it if necessary, or what I do is use vanilla greek yogurt. It makes an excellent dip for veggies. The sauce for the fries I think would be considered an aoli, if you want a fancy word. At it's very basic level it isn't much more than mayo and ketchup, but you can make it lots of different ways.
