Your CGM results are fascinating to me! I have had the opportunity to try a CGM and have learned so much about food triggers. Exercise/activity doesn't seem to affect my glucose numbers (weird, I know!) but my experiments have tended to be single foods so that I have a better understanding of the direct responses. Today, I "experimented" withThanksgiving foods. My glucose went up to 134 and then rapidly decreased, but still – I'm thrilled! I had ham and gravy and mashed potatoes (in limited quantities.) Thanks for introducing the protein powder…just ordered the chocolate one… I am very sensitive to dairy and find it next to impossible to find a protein powder that does not have whey protein or pea protein (yak!)…. Happy Thanksgiving to the whole Indigo clan !!!!

I eat less than you and I still wont lose weight, i eat 6 eggs and 1/2lb hamburger everyday and im stuck at 187lbs
Been drinking coffee black. It help not stimulate the appetite before I have my first meal sometime after 11am.
