This looks awesome. I can’t wait to try that.I have that salsa. My family does not eat Keto or Paleo, so I would make them real breadsticks. I would make myself some of these. I still have to get the xanthum gum so it might be awhile. Tomorrow I am having real soup (non Paleo) because I am too lazy to make dinner. I have a packet of wild rice soup from Progresso (a new product) and I am going to make it in the instant pot and give my family some real bread with it, I still have some egg bread from Monday so I am going to heat it in the air fryer and have that with it,

IBoth the breadsticks and the soup look amazing! tried Wes Shoemaker's (Highfalutin' Low Carb) Chicken Corn Chowder – using baby corn (I found Native Forest Brand organic) greatly reduces the carbs but gives the corn taste. He shows it on his channel and it is in his cookbood too. The coconut milk would work great in it. Thanks for always making it easy for us to experiment!

That looks delicious! I have to try this! I was thinking that since you are going dairy free, you could add a scoop of Coconut cream to the top of the soup, instead of the sour cream.

I love good soup recipes! Thank you for doing this for all of us. I am already looking forward to your next video.
** Do you buy boneless or bone in chicken thighs? The price of meat is awful.

YUMMY!!! Thank you for the ideas you're sharing and inspiring! I would be interested in trying the "cinnamon buns"…It would probably work to use something like Swerve or allulose syrup instead of sugar or maple syrup, right? Since the yeast is feeding on the honey and the "sugar" is just incidental for flavor? How much sugar or syrup would you suggest for the recipe?

Soup looks delicious. I find the egg bread dry when I make it without egg yokes. I use 3-6 real egg yokes or the equivalent in re-constituted egg yoke powder as an add-in and find the bread more moist/soft.

Love soups. Looking forward to them. I recently picked up keto "creamer" in chocolate. Powdered mct. If you show us your sweet buns maybe I can work in the creamer.

I love having this type of bread with soup! I like getting in extra protein with different textures. Would you say mixing 3” instead of 5” yields a better final product texture? More tender?

I am not a fan of soup in general however on occasion I will make a French onion soup. Ive also made a jambalaya and cheddar broccoli. I don't miss bread on keto so although I watch a bunch of you tubers making it I haven't bought the ingredients.

I've recently watched your videos on this egg white bread and have come so close to buying the ingredients, but final price tag of everything has made me hit pause every time. Curious if you know if you've done a price break down, such as cost per bread baking session? Or maybe have a general idea of how often you have to replenish the ingredients. I also wondered if this bread has the texture of angel food cake? Thanks for sharing your journey!
