Thank you so much for being so thorough and describing your taste preferences so well. It gives me a great base from which to start my experimentation, but it sounds like your tastes are very close to my own.

I just made a single serving. I left out the sweetener until I made it and tasted it, then I just added a few drops of Lakanto sweetener. OMG! It was so, so good! I used my coffee frothier to mix it in the cup. The mouth feel of this tastes so rich, probably because of the collagen and MCT oil powder. Thank you Nili. I love this!

I have to get a large package of MCT Oil. Around here I can only find it in a box of small packets. I will try making it with butter powder as I have that but I don’t have coconut milk powder (and can’t find it locally at all). I just bought another box of the MCT Oil packages (have to use the whole box for one recipe though.)

Thanks so much for this recipe! You working out the proportions was so very helpful in me making a passable version with what I had on hand, in fact some old open stuff I need to use up. I had the butter powder already (your butter buns) but no MCT oil powder; no coconut /heavy cream powder but whey protein powder while having the collagen. I had cheap store brand cocoa and truvia confectioners, just needed to use a lot extra of both. One side effect of the truvia, the plain has a vanilla taste already to me so I didn't need add the alcohol taste of vanilla extract. I always add a touch of true cinnamon. By the time I finish the batch I made, maybe I will have the correct, fresh high-quality ingredients. One flavor you didn't list – and its so appropriate this week – Irish Cream. Both LorAnn and Labelpeelers make an extract, but pre-keto I kept both a bottle of butterscotch schnapps and a bottle of Bailey's around just for cocoa. Thanks again!

Lol, my first thought when you said I will give different ingredients reminds me of a cookbook my mother in law gave me when first married, it had three lines across for each ingredient you could change up type of protein or starch or other ingredient. I love your recipes, you do a great job, but oh my you have quite the task pleasing your viewers!

I just measured out a single serving of the recipe along with a hint of cinnamon and a whisper of cayenne… added to my decaf coffee for a Mexican Mocha! 😍
