Oh! If you do lemon meringue, add a couple true lemon packets to it, and melt some white chocolate with some coconut oil to make your own magic shell, and you could do any number of mix ins that go well with lemon. Any kind of berry, maybe some crystallized (in allulose) ginger that has been diced or minced, a keto graham cereal, so many options.

from the KC latest youtube1 month ago.. How to make Keto Chow Step-by-Step easy to follow instructions which by the way was really good reminders on how to mix CK… anyway saw this remark from Serious Keto

When I'm just doing single packets for ice cream (instead of scoops), I'll put my 1/4 tsp of tara gum into the open packet of Keto Chow (along with 1/2-1 tsp of allulose) and gently mix that in the packet with the measuring spoon before adding to the blender. Tara gum (and most gums) can clump, so dispersing it in the Keto Chow is my insurance against that.

The allulose serves two purposes: 1) Cold numbs our sensitivity to sweetness, so the allulose adds a bit of sweetness; and 2) allulose can inhibit ice crystal formation, and ice crystals in your ice cream is the enemy of creaminess.

    Creami ideas

Use yogurt or kefir or commercial smoothie drinks.
Canned fruit as sorbet, pineapple is yummy.
Play w the recipes that it comes with. Cream cheese base and heavy cream but alt sweetener. From what I played with this base is best when add ins are the star.
I didn't care for KC as Creami but I like as waffle/mug cake
    Have fun!

Timely video! I just bought a Ninja Creami too to try this with my Keto Chow mixes. 🙂 I got the regular Creami. It's just going to be for me mostly. Looks pretty nice. I'm going to have to try it this weekend! 🙂

I use 1/4 c butter and 1/4 c hwc in mine and add a little more hwc between spins. I often eat KC ice cream for my dinner too. Have fun exploring all the add-in and flavor enhancers you can think of to make your ice cream as you like.

I really enjoyed the Root Beer Float flavor made in my old Cuisinart ice cream maker. But I just checked the KC website and don’t see any, hopefully it’s seasonal and will show up soon!

I can't wait to see what you do with this machine. I made a bananas foster ice cream yesterday with banana keto chow, brown sugar truvia, and cinnamon. It was delicious, but I could tell a difference in creamy consistency from using my usual allulose. I'm going to have to find a sugar free molasses flavoring/extract so I can make my own brown sugar allulose.

I usually make my ice cream with Keto Chow, but sometimes I use 2 small containers of keto yogurt like Chobani Zero Sugar, and add some sugar-free vanilla syrup, which makes a nice frozen yogurt.

Jackie from Jackie's Jinxed Journey let me borrow her Creami! I have a packet of the blueberry pie, chocolate and a few other flavors to try… I want so bad to like KetoChow… We made a tasting video and the footage was bad and we had to film a second video. So fingers crossed we like the ice cream! We may buy a Creami of our own. Who knows… I love this video!

I got my creami last year on QVC with five containers on a very good deal. I don’t make it as much as I should because my freezers are full of meat but it is very good and my husband loves it to.
