the editing made me laugh so much cuz that's also how I feel when I'm cutting things and my parents are watching me ๐Ÿ˜‚ But I'm sure many of us viewers are also beginners that are starting our cooking journey with you! As long as we remember that speed is practice finding efficiency, so you'll get there Randy!

Wow I enjoyed the new format showing your journey learning how to cook compared to the master, very relatable. I think this style is more entertaining and a good supplement to your other faster, straight to the point videos.

Do you have a series about cooking utensils and chopping skills? I'm a beginner and I would love to be able to chop more evenly without cutting myself. Can you also include some tips about choosing a knife and which ones your dad recommends? love your videos! your dad always looks so happy when he sees everyone eating ๐Ÿ™‚

You need to put your knuckles out when cutting your veggies. The knuckles prevent you from cutting your fingers. And the egg, to me is easier when cracking the eggshell, then putting the egg on your palm. Wiggle your fingers and the egg white will separate from the yolk . And your left with the yolk in your hand. ( and it feels nice too ) you have a lovely family. And Your dad is the MASTER of teacher where it comes to cooking ๐Ÿ™ Your getting there. Too bad we donโ€™t have smell-a-vision๐ŸŒนโค๏ธ๐Ÿ™

Every cook remembers the first times his or her fingers were close to the business end of a sharp knife during a very fine dice and Daddy Lau is no different. It makes it easier to be patient with a new cook moving slowly.

13.30 your dad didn't show his full potential skill, the countertop is too high for him, if the height of the counter top is ideal for him, he will show his true wok tossing skill ๐Ÿ˜„
