I'm only just seeing this now but that looks seriously delicious! Can you substitute the frozen broccoli for fresh broccoli or do you have to use the frozen broccoli for the recipe to work?

Love your thrift. I never throw out condiment packets. I save them in containers from take out (hot and sour soup). I use them up when I cook. I live alone and do more delivered meals than I should, try to make up by doing home made freezer meals.

I love the videos. However, i wish you would also break down the recipe to one meal. We want to start doing freezer meals but only have one freezer and not a lot of space. So we can do a weeks worth of dinners only. It would just make it easier for the families who are just starting off or only freeze a weeks worth of meals at a time.

YUM!!! This looks fantastic! And for families (or kids) not doing low carb, they could easily throw in some cooked pasta or rice to stretch it even more. A hearty "yes and amen" to the bacon! 🙂

Do you allways make their plates or are they sometimes serving their own? In my country children in kindergarden are learning to estimate how much they are going to eat, so about four year olds are making their own plates. I was just wondering if its different in US.

Love your videos. Makes me want to do some huge bowls of food even if we are a family of 3.

I love watching your once a month cooking videos and your pantry challenges too. We did a pantry challenge when my husband was furloughed. Cleaned it out well. Thank you for the inspiration!

That actually looks really good however my dr not only wants me on low carb(which this is) but I'm not sure what's in this dish would be low in trans fat and sat fats.

I don't eat that much cheese, sour cream and cream cheese in a year and I never eat bacon bits

I also don't like frozen vegetables, they taste like water but in a dish like this maybe they wouldn't

It's not easy trying to balance food intake while trying to keep your glucose number under 99 (low carbs) and trying to get your cholesterol number down

I feel like I just don't eat anything anymore but it's still not working. My glucose number is 96 fasting but my triglycerides jumped up like 30 points

Probably shouldn't be watching all these food videos

lol I don't put anything on my food anymore. Just eat it like it comes like baked boneless skinless chicken with nothing on it and fresh sautéed broccoli carrots, and cabbage yet my numbers are still too high

It sucks but if I ate all the stuff you put in that bowl I'd have a heart attack
