    Not really meal preping at the moment but have just made a large batch of bolognaise sauce for non keto people. Used half in a lasagne and kept the rest to use over pasta. Used the rest of the ground beef to make some taco soup for me and the hubby and tuna melt muffins for lunches/snacks.

    If you add your chia seeds to warm/hot liquid it will absorb more fluid and be a thicker more set consistency. I used to make a coffee version with some espresso or instant dissolved in a tablespoon of boiling water, sweetener, vanilla essence and warm coconut milk/cream and chia seeds. Works really well.

    These are some really good yum fun recipes. I'm all about pizza and tacos and I'm loving coconut Manna all of a sudden using that In my coffee. . And those chafflels, I didn't even know that they would work out like that so very happy about trying those later LOL THANKS!!
