I think that crusty browned top would be extra delicious. It's nit burnt, pleasantly crispy browned. Not a failure in my book. โคโคโค

โค Most of us have scraped the "burnt" off toast… that's what you could do to the tops! It doesn't change the flavor of the inside. You're awesome & REAL! Thanks for sharing this with us. BTW, they really do look delicious.๐Ÿ™‹

Thank you Nili, going to try this over the weekend. They look delicious! Oh, been making your egg white powder and bamboo flour rolls and I love them. I don't need to arm myself with a large glass of water while eating, texture is perfect! Thank you for all your hard work.

SOOOO WEIRD you did these. My mom had just made my family the ham and Swiss ones on hawaiian rolls and I had thought about making these just a couple days ago but hadn't thought of turkey and gouda. I used to LOVE these sliders. MUST MAKE.

I love the fact that you shared the fail – I think its very important and helps us relate to the recipes and know things can and do go wrong sometimes. Loved the video. I did worry about all that liquid making the buns soggy but they seemed ok. I think I would reduce it a little bit for myself though – now off to find a good pineapple extract! ๐Ÿ˜€
