This was great! I like to use 1/4 cup of applesauce in my meatloaf with breadcrumbs, onions, green peppers and other ingredients it keeps the meatloaf from drying out! I use it instead of using eggs in my meatloaf never fails!

Homemade applesauce is so yummy! You can absolutely freeze it. I have many times made a LOT of it in the autumn/harvesttime and then freezed it, so good to have throughout winter.
I like that pressure cooker, I've never had one but I'll look into getting one when I get home. Applesauce is good with wheat toast.
Your applesauce loos good. Yes you can freeze it in those pint jars. I like to cook down unpeeled tomatoes with other veggies and use the emulsion blender to make pasta sauce. Enjoy your evening.

That looks good, I never made applesauce, its a good snack or side dish. A lot easier to not peel them and the peels are probably nutritious. I'm not cooking tonight having leftovers from eating out last night for the first time in a while. It wasn't crowded we went early. It felt good to get out.

Granny Smiths make such good sauce! Made BBQ out the leftover pork roast and had the leftover rolls and slaw for dinner. We dropped off back seat of donations, more than a box for the March declutter! We put a few hours into the yard but we still have streaks of snow and the ground is frozen rock solid.
