Watching Levi while you are talking is so funny. He and Renee' are the cutest, along with all of your kids, Nili.
I have had the pina colada, wasn't a fan. I had mixed it with coconut oil instead of butter, thinking it would be good. I will have to try it another way for sure!

I haven't finished the video yet, but Key Lime makes an EXCELLENT ice cream. One of my favorites. I use Steve's recipe but with 60g heavy cream instead of butter. I haven't tried the Orange Cream as an ice cream yet but now I need to.

I have also breaded things (chicken) in the Pina Colada and it was excellent. I heard that the Key Lime is also great like that. I haven’t tried yet. I was thinking popsicles would be great with the Orange Cream so I will be trying that too later this summer when the weather gets too hot around here (in August we usually get over 100 here in NJ). I have a co-worker who is originally from South Africa and she said that NJ is hotter than from where she is from (which I find pretty interesting.) She has been in America for 5 years. Anyway, it gets really hot around here. I am looking for Summer snack recipes that like for those days.

The reason Keto Chow recommends the 30 min in fridge after mixing is because their directions have you use water instead of ice. ETA: See reply below. I was wrong!
