Watching your husband set up the bee hive was fascinating. He is so calm and made the whole process very enjoyable to watch. How amazing to have so many morels growing right there on your property! How did you come up with the name for your farm?

How lucky you are to have morels! Wow. How wonderful. If I can find them in a store it is like $8-10 a pound, Only in May can I buy them and only at one store – a health food store named Basil Bandwagon. They are so yummy, That steak with morels must’ve been incredible. Lucky lucky you.
The color on those steaks was wonderful. Mmmm making me hungry and I just ate dinner.
I forgot to mention that I can find morels dried in mushroom combinations but there aren’t a lot in the package. Probably because they are the more expensive mushroom in the combination. You can definitely tell the difference in taste between them and plain mushrooms. They are sooo tasty.

Squatternush, such an awesome name. My best friend’s family had a homestead on the skirt of Mt Rainier called Hucklechuck, a child’s pronunciation of huckleberry.

I'm so jealous of those beautiful mushrooms you have growing all around you, People pay big bucks for those. Your honey is going to be like liquid gold. You've got so many good things growing on your farm for your family and your children will remember all the good things you've provided for them including starting your own mushrooms.
