I'm 75 years old and just learned a great tip for cooking bacon. We had a family beach trip and I started to cook bacon on the stove and my sister-in-law said, "No, we cook bacon in the oven." Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake @ 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. No turning and it comes out great!! It's a timesaver.

I really enjoyed watching the cattle drive! I graduated from Georgia Southern in the 90s and the original Zaxby’s (called Zax’s) was within walking distance of where I lived. It was in an old white house. I lived on those chicken fingers. The sauce was made fresh and was served in those plastic round condiment cups. I don’t like Zaxbys now because it tastes franchised to me after having it made fresh in that old house. 😊
