I was so happy to see this! I tried oat fiber with my butter buns before I was able to get acacia. I thought it was good, too! Now that itā€™s an approved, official ingredient, Iā€™ll use it up. Also, I did 1 Tb versus the normal three because mine did smell weird. Lol. It really tasted fine, so Iā€™ll definitely be using it.

Looking forward to seeing your update! Of course I realize we are all different. I have both oat and acacia fiber, so it is interesting to see how they behave differently.

I will try oat fiber tomorrow. I didnā€™t have arrowroot but did have tapioca and it is my guilty pleasure ingredient in the bread at 2T, the texture makes it worth extra carbs for me.

I enjoy your recent egg wraps too. Youā€™ve made such an impact in the community and I really enjoy your channel. Thanks for all your efforts.

Iā€™ve never used oat fiber in anything. I havenā€™t even opened the bag of acacia fiber yet as I still have almost a full loaf left from last week and no one else in the house is eating this bread. My hubby tried a piece that was left on my plate and liked it. I told him it was my bread, that he can have the real thing so he should eat up what is in the small refrigerator and leave my bread alone!

I bought some coconut milk powder and I am so disappointed about the texture. It feels like powdered card board. It doesn't have any fillers or maltodextrin in it. Would you mind to share what brand you are using? Thank you, I enjoy your videos.

I replaced my arrowroot with oatfiber. All I had was some vanilla mct powder with acacia in it so I used that and reduced the allulose. The buns turned out amazing but my oven is still not baking evenly so the bottoms dont get done. My acacia just got here and plan to try it again Sunday.

wootwoot! thank you so much for this experiment! I have oat fiber in the pantry… now just need to get coconut milk powder. Do you think that I can use heavy cream powder instead? thanks again for all your work!

Canā€™t find coconut milk powder amongst so many new ingredients like butter powder' olive oil powder… please make a recipe using oat fibre without the other unobtainable ingredients. I often donā€™t watch these videos as theyā€™re pointless recipes personally for myself. However Iā€™m very grateful for your initial psmf whole egg powder recipe. As thatā€™s all I did manage to obtain. Thanks

Thank you for doing this experiment with oat fiber! I had a ton left over from when I used to make another low carb bread (which I never make now that Iā€™ve found your channel), and havenā€™t been able to purchase the acacia fiber yet. Iā€™m so excited to try these. šŸ˜Š Love your experiment videos! I would have given up on the egg white bread long ago if not for your recipes! Oh, and how would you suggest incorporating butter powder with the oat fiber? Would you just replace the coconut milk powder with butter powder?

Could you please do a video with bone broth plain not keto chow to make BBBE bread. It was great with Keto chow bone broth, but the now bone broth with added Xanthan gum and acacia fiber powder was a big disappointment. Please šŸ™šŸ™šŸ™

Awsome! šŸ‘ šŸ‘ šŸ‘ I was wanting to try oat fiber and/or wheat gluten. The new lights are getting hung in the kitchen, so today was definitely out of the question. I saw your video and was soooo excited to see how the oat fiber is in the bread šŸ„Æ Thank you so so much for your experimentation and personal sacrifices (possible oat fiber allergy). Youā€™re much appreciated.
