I really love your videos and your approach to eating. I’m wondering about your lean days. I’ve added them into my diet as well and depending on the week I either have two or three lean days. Have you ever experienced weight gain after a lean day? I know we shouldn’t be using the scale all the time but it’s pretty upsetting when you know you’ve had a good lean day only to find out that you gained weight the next day.

I eat a carnivore diet. I keep my fats under 50 grams per day. So basically I eat a PSMF diet all the time. No dairy either. I’ve maintained a size zero for almost 4 years now. Lots of working out too. I love your videos. Great job on your channel!

Thank you for your answers. I do pretty much the same thing, eat when hungry , track after and use this info to analyze if an issue or reaction arises. I’ve maintained my original goal weight for a year , decided to lose more fat in the next few months. So lean days are the trick, a couple a week. Thanks for all of your sharing. I appreciate you Nili. Your soups have been great!

Instead of looking at weight loss, be more specific. Weight loss can be muscle, fat, glycogen, water, etc. So ideally you want fat loss. You can loss 5 lbs, but if it's all muscle this is not the best.

Don't let the scale be the end all be all. Take weekly progress pictures. This will be the best evaluation.

I would like to purchase a stand mixer, but the Kitchen aid is out of my price range. Can I have your recommendations for another brand please. Also what brand flavoring do you recommend for cornbread? Thank you for your help.
