I really love your videos and your approach to eating. I’m wondering about your lean days. I’ve added them into my diet as well and depending on the week I either have two or three lean days. Have you ever experienced weight gain after a lean day? I know we shouldn’t be using the scale all the time but it’s pretty upsetting when you know you’ve had a good lean day only to find out that you gained weight the next day.
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hello.
Lol really… but U look amazing 👏 right now… wouldn't say U need to drop any more weight…only if U really feel like it…would make sense to me…
I’m curious! What do you eat that gets your protein between 150-200 grams a day? Especially when you only eat when you are hungry? Thanks for clarifying! I’m really enjoying your videos!
I am doing good, maintaining close to my goal and doing 1 PSMF day per week, think I might go back to 2 days a week in March, I will see on the next few weight in Fridays
At your height and weight, you must be muscular because I am not seeing excess fat.
Thank for this. Lots of detail.. Have you ever been tested for SIBO?
I eat a carnivore diet. I keep my fats under 50 grams per day. So basically I eat a PSMF diet all the time. No dairy either. I’ve maintained a size zero for almost 4 years now. Lots of working out too. I love your videos. Great job on your channel!
Great video!
Thank you for all these information! I will check the podcast right away 🤗
Thank you for your answers. I do pretty much the same thing, eat when hungry , track after and use this info to analyze if an issue or reaction arises. I’ve maintained my original goal weight for a year , decided to lose more fat in the next few months. So lean days are the trick, a couple a week. Thanks for all of your sharing. I appreciate you Nili. Your soups have been great!
Nili, to me you look healthy and glowing and perfect in size! You are beautiful as you are 😘 so please don't focus on weight, just focus on keeping healthy and vital!
Instead of looking at weight loss, be more specific. Weight loss can be muscle, fat, glycogen, water, etc. So ideally you want fat loss. You can loss 5 lbs, but if it's all muscle this is not the best.
Don't let the scale be the end all be all. Take weekly progress pictures. This will be the best evaluation.
Do you consume fish?
you look good at current weight! i'm just sayin…
The podcast about protein percentages sounds very interesting! Off to check it out 😅
I call mine baseline now as it made total sense to me.
Yes so I need to know what's the difference btw arrowroot powder, oatfiber Inulin, Acacia powder and gelatin or bone broth what do they do to the breads and what's the best to use so far for the breads?
What egg white bread do you eat? Do you have a recipe please?
I would like to purchase a stand mixer, but the Kitchen aid is out of my price range. Can I have your recommendations for another brand please. Also what brand flavoring do you recommend for cornbread? Thank you for your help.
