So happy for you on your path to wellness and for sharing it with us❣️🤩 I’ve saved this to my playlist.
Have you listened to the Levels video by Dr. Means with Dr. Perlmutter about uric Acid levels? May also be helpful to you. The diet is similar to yours.

Can you have your Athletic Greens with this protocol?? Just curious.
You really have done a lot of research on this and we will see what helps.

You should look into going full carnivore diet to combat your autoimmune problem, it almost completely eliminated my autoimmune condition. I think your protocol will get me to the finish line. Check out Phil Escott’s YT channel. Many YT testimonials of carnivore diet reversing autoimmune conditions.

Would a colonoscopy/endoscopy help identify SIBO? I had yesterday and forgot to ask. I have berberine. Prokinetics / slow peristalsis. Great post. I have Lyme n mold toxicity. Familiarity with a lot of your info. Where and what test did u get?
Was it an ENT? I’m Very inflammatory. I heard good info on naltrexone. (I believe it’d be like remission once under control)
Check on oxalates. 💗💗💗💗 oh how I would love to be able to talk to you in person.

Thanks for breaking this down for us. SIBO is so complex. The whole digestive issue world is such a hard nut to crack. I'm currently lost in it all. I'm looking into oxyalate sensitivities. It seems to crossover with fodmats. Almonds are high in oxyalate along with many grains and veggies like spinach. They could be problematic even after your SIBO treatment.

Love your channel. I've got some gut issues so I'm interested in watching what happens with your treatments. My list of foods is getting smaller all the time. I'm doing low carb now. I have CFS and I know that autoimmune disorders are caused by bacteria and viruses or parasites or a combo. The question is what to do about it? I haven't figured it out yet. Low dose Naltrexone is used by some people with CFS with some success .
Good Luck and thanks for putting out all this information.
