Ahh, the Wisconsin Dells!! I'm about a 90 min. east of there 😊
As someone who just had breast cancer diagnosed almost EXAXTLY 24 fours years later to the day, for the second time, I SO MUCH relied on prayers for my double mastectomy 1/4 this year. The peace God gives as a result of the prayers makes me want for nothing other than continuing prayers!!! I chose no oncology since the intervention seems way worse than the odds of a 3rd time diagnosed. I choose health and living life on life's terms.
Thx for your content which brings continuing joy to my days. 😊

Loved this video. What a mixture of emotions. It's always great to see your kids progress in their own ways. I'm with you on language Jennifer. I loathe the F bomb and will just not tolerate it around me, nor in movies, and especially not in a book. I have been criticised for my stance but I don't see why I should have to listen to or read what ai don't want. It always amazes me when someone tells me they just skip over them (there is no skipping over), or "Oh grow up, everyone's doing it" (we know the standard Mom response if a kid or older is in danger), and worse. It's surprising how the decision to avoid coarse language is not respected. When you were searching for advanced to describe language in older books, I was coaching "rich". I find reading them out loud helps to prepare readers as does reading Shakespeare or the Bible.

I enjoyed this video so much. I, like you, get annoyed at the unnecessary and over use of the f word in books. It is also that way in some films. I am in your mom's age group so that word was not thrown around in my day. Just an opinion, and like you, I am a big girl. I so enjoy watching your kiddos growing up. They are such nice people, and you and Warren can take credit for that. My husband had a UW reunion in 1988 and we visited the Wisconsin Dells. It has really changed since then from what I recall about the town.We took a wild ride on what I think was called duck. I also wanted to know if you have made the butter chicken that you bought at Costco. I make that from scratch and we like it a lot. If one does not make Indian food often it is an investment for the spices that may not be used again. If you do make it I hope you film it.

I loved your saying you totally believe in the power of prayer but sometimes need something tangible to let a person know you are thinking of them. I'm the same way but had never connected the pieces until you said that.

I am not very fond of the pantry challenge videos. I think when so many creators do the same thing, it gets repetitive and boring. I also feel you should use your pantry and long term storage throughout the year, not just at the beginning of the year. Have fun at the cranberry convention!!
