    I like the challenge 🙂 For healthy ppl, I wanted to believe that if we do keto and IF, we can occasionally eat something we really really crave ( small amount) we won't come off of ketogenic especially you pick the day when you work out.

    Thank You!!! Thank You!!! I will be adding this to my yum cha collection for my family. We still go out for yum cha but stick to things like tendon, tripe, chicken feet, roast pork, roast duck and steamed greens and have been missing char siu bao. For anyone making this at home, don't use xylitol with the yeast part as Xylitol will kill the yeast. It's fine if you are just using the yeast for flavour and not the rising of dough. Love your channel so much

    哈哈,前天做过包子外观也是惨不忍睹。洋车前子影片说7克,但是配方8g耶~那个酵母可以配合温水搅拌让面团更容易吸收,不过不知道在外面放温水的环境下, 酵母吸收得到蛋白的话是否也会有一样的效果?建议先做面团,再做配料可以最大化利用时间和在做配料时间面团就发2倍大(一般1~2个小时)就好了(如果有用温水比较快),不过低温冷藏发酵,可以风味最大化,(缺点就是慢)温水能快速发酵实现2倍大的面团,因为配方有椰子面粉应该和大多数面团原理一样。(快的话,缺点失去丰富风味,优点就是一个字快…。 )皮的话太薄容易破也不好包,破了叉烧汁会让包子崩塌。最好是中间厚旁边薄,包的时候,拇指在上,食指在下对折在食指第二节肢,不要对折手指头需要多加练习就会了,做好了发10分钟,放冷水锅里蒸包,煮的时候二次发酵,等有煮到有蒸气,保持大火煮10分钟(火不要超过锅底会变炙烤),关火不要开盖等5分钟继续蒸,就能食用了。食谱很棒谢谢你~

    我之前也看過一個生酮叉燒包的食譜。是「小貓依藍」部落格裡一篇2019年初的貼文。她也是研發能量很強的一位!不過她當時使用的包子是堅果醬饅頭那個配方。妳的感覺更像。好喜歡大家不斷研發、不斷精進的感覺,謝謝妳們的努力😍
    另外,雖然感覺妳應該早就都知道她了,但還是想提一下「田安石」老師,她應該是台灣第一位出版生酮食譜的人。雖然她的用料普遍複雜就是了…
