So Mandy everything looks delicious as usual , but have you ever tried to put some cheddar cheese soup in the Buffalo casserole ? I’m planing on making that and I’m going to put some of the soup with it and I will let you know how that turns out !!! I made the chicken enchilada rice casserole last week and it was dang delicious!! So customizable too… we added diced green chiles to ours! Definitely a great “fill your belly” meal! The leftovers were great too!
Love you, Mandy, and definitely do you… but your foundation is pretty chalky (or maybe it's the lighting?). You're still young. There's no need for that much coverage. Do some dewy!

I like shredding my own cheese anyway and that kitchen gadget works wonders. I will be incorporating one or more of these recipes into my meal plan…I always look forward to your videos!😊

I make my chicken enchiladas pretty much like you did. The only change is I use corn tortillas and I give them a quick fry. My husband will not eat flour tortillas. So I know that recipe is good.
All of these looked so good! Especially those enchiladas! I missed Steven’s announcer voice for the count down! Loved it when he did that. His voice is perfect for it.
Y’all are my #1 for recipes on You Tube. Everything you make is simple but very good. I love Gracie too. I’m always hoping to see her:)

I made the chicken rice dish with leftover steak instead of chicken. We loved it and with leftovers I wrapped up in tortillas and froze for quick lunches.

Neither my husband, nor I, like spicy foods. However, I love watching your videos. (Gracie Lou is a sweetheart.) We can always leave out the spice, peppers, etc from your recipes we want to try. Keep them coming, Mandy, and maybe add some desserts here and there as well.
