    Just wondering: you had Fage yogurt. Are you no longer making the Dr.Davis yogurt? If so, wondering why. Apologies if you've discussed the yogurt reasoning in a previous video.
    I know I don't "cook" as many things in the Summer as I'm outside more.

    Deli meat is not going to prosses in your body good enough to considered helping your end goal. I do 3 or 4 over easy eggs with some Frakes hot. Also those electrolyte things if they have any fake sugar and I'm at all your body always knows that fake sugar is real sugar. Our bodies are vary smart. And eatting less is never a good way to lose, because if we only eat one meal a day day example, your body will take the calorie intake for the day from that one meal. Skipping meals makes the metabolism completely out of wack and makes us gain like crazy. You hear of the lion diet? Itss incredible for people who want to loose weight but the real miracle is for people with autoimmune disorders, they get completely healthy it's actually unbelievable. 👌 good luck!

    WOW ‐ I coincidentally started MWF lean days the same time you did, which also morphed into lean days and regular ketovore dinner. I found that I was not needing to go high fat for my first meal. Been mostly high fat carnivore for 9 months with almost no weight loss and still had cravings. Once I started to set a daily goal of 140 gms of protein, I finally lost my cravings. Now I just reserve the fat (my favorite thing!) For certain meals.
