    Hi quick question. What if we just make the steamed pork patty not adding any pickled mustard tuber/water chestnut, how much salt/soy sauce we need to put in the pork for marinate? Could Daddy Lau teach us how to measure the ratio please? Thank youuuuu!

    Aww, my po po was from Toisan and she made this regularly for us when she was still with us. I think about her recipe a lot. She also made this with blue crab with a salted egg yolk into the pork patty mixture. Does anyone else make it like this too? I'm trying to move away from animal protein sources, so this recipe is going to be had to replicate, but I hope someone out there can make one! 🙂
