    That shrimp on top of the rice looked like a restaurant meal when you were done with it. Honestly this is one of my favorite channels you really inspire me to use up the food I have instead of running to get more or going out to eat thank you for that

    This is great, thanks for sharing!

    My favorite method to keep rice from stickiness is to rinse it until the water is no longer cloudy, drain thoroughly and then sauté the fully drained rice in a little bit of fat (oil/butter) until it changes color before seasoning and adding your cooking liquid. Works every time for fluffy, flavorsome rice. 🍚

    Thanks for the great ideas. One of my favorite make-ahead meal preps is to cook a package of chicken breasts or thighs in the Instant Pot along with ingredients below the rack for chicken stock. I freeze the stock and dice or shred & freeze most of the chicken.
