Avocado oil is my preferred oil honestly for most things. The high smoke point makes it perfect for roasted veggies and pan searing. And since it’s a little bit thicker like olive oil is, it sticks to your veggies better. Makes the absolute best roasted potatoes. I also like to use it in baked goods. It’s high in omega 3’s so it’s a good nutrition boost like olive oil, but the flavor is very neutral and almost buttery. Won’t make your muffins or cakes taste weird.

    IS anyone else noticing this….

That AVACADO OIL is starting to smell like vegetable oil now. I had been using Olivari brand from Sam's for long time and just recently, Olivary brand started to smell like vegetable oil when cooked. So I switched to this avacado brand from Costco. First few bottles were good and now this smells like vegetable or soybean oil.
