I might give Hungry Root a try. I am being forced to have ready made meals on hand. I'm being tested for fibromyalgia, which is no easy feat to diagnose. I'm in too much pain to stand for any length of time. Just going to the grocery store is difficult. I need low saturated fat, gluten free, dairy free ready made meals. I have high cholesterol and food allergies. But I don't want to buy the high sodium freezer meals. Don't even get me started on how difficult it is to find freezer meals that are both gluten free and dairy free.

Hey Jen! A potato definitely counts as a vegetable! Lol. I need to get that microphone zester. I had never used one, and I got one from Walmart. It did NOT work. That salad looks so good! I love how you share low carb options. Baking with Jen! Haha😊 Yum those look Delicious! I love canned frosting! Sprinkles are not very tasty.🤮🤣 That's a great idea to make up some taco meat! By the way, your nails always look so good! Hope you have a wonderful and Happy Easter!🥰

Thank you for another great video I tried to find things that I could make the multiple nights since my husband passed away
That taco salad looks amazing and I could eat tacos seven days a week
I have never tried the Couscous either but it looks like it’s simple enough to make

For some reason I really hate blue cheese dressing but I like blue cheese for example on a gratin or on chicken. It is just when you mix it with the other ingredients in a dressing it takes out something I don't like from the cheese. So I understand your family in this.

Everything looked delicious! I love Chicken in a Bisket crackers too. They are great with chicken salad. No one else likes them, so I rarely buy them. I always had a 1 bite "rule" with my kids. I asked that they take a small bite of new foods and if they didn't like it they never had to eat it again. I think it helped my kids become the adventurous eaters that they are today.

Everything looked so good. I have never had falafel and have no clue what it tastes like. I need to try feta cheese again because I keep thinking I don't like it but not even sure I've tried it. Lol

Yummy Jen! Everything looked really good and elegant! Since I'm alone and older I've resorted to Marie Calendar, Stouffer's or Lean Cuisine most nights. I love to cook and cooked for years but can't really find a reason to dirty up pots and pans for just me. Lazy?? Uh-huh! 🤣 I do cook once in awhile but not as elegantly as you! Thanks for sharing your great recipes!! Blessings!
