Have you done a video on these little pellet pork rinds that you talked about, I've never heard of those before?
I've been thinking that pork rinds would make an excellent pizza crust, if you just cut them the right way before you cook them.
You can keep your breading mix in the freezer for use later! We make a huge batch and use it, freeze it, and always have a supply on hand. It's one less step when making your recipe!
