WRONG VERSION. Madam, this saambhar is taking full 2:30 hr, not minutes…. Besides this, where is onion, garlic and grated coconut in this recipe?? NO SAMBHAR IS EVER TASTY AS ORIGINAL SOUTH-INDIAN WITHOUT THESE. No matter that "you" don't eat them, you should have told the correct ingredients. You're a very reputed cook madam, this doesn't suit you.
