    1/ When boiling daal in pressure cooker, you should not put the lid on immediately. You should let it boil for a few minutes initially and clear the scum that forms on top due to impurities. He himself has said that in so many other videos.
    2/ Smoking point of ghee is low 7:10 – really? He needs to check the facts and the the very basic of how ghee is made (by heating butter over a period of time) should tell you that ghee's smoking is not low. Kuchh bhi phenkta hai…Faltu chef..
