    Just made the gajar ka halwa. The recipe is excellent 👌 Kudos to you. But added my twist to it by grinding sugar, elacchi and broken cashew about 2 tablespoons. Added the blended powder to the sauted gajar. The result was fantastic. Cashew powder gave nice texture to the halwa and a hint of kaju katli to the halwa. Believe in exploring various ways which makes cooking interesting and enhancing the taste as well as nutritional value of the food item. Would like to hear 👂 from you. RSVP.
